A woman who gave birth to her teenage foster son's baby
was sentenced to three months in jail and 10 years' probation.
Phylecia Humphries, 26, of Brownwood, faced a maximum 20-year prison sentence
after being convicted of sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony.
